Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development and customization of

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

  applications.
• Develop

  plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript

  , and

  Power Automate (Flow)

  for business automation.
• Design and implement

  custom entities, fields, forms, and views

  using CRM configuration tools.
• Create integrations between Dynamics CRM and other internal/external systems using

  Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, APIs

  , or third-party tools.
• Perform

  data migrations

  using

  SSIS, KingswaySoft

  , or other ETL tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for CRM environments.
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and compliance are followed.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer

  .
• Strong experience with

  C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  , and

  Power Platform

  components.
• Proficiency in developing

  custom plugins, workflows

  , and

  CRM extensions

  .
• Experience with

  Web Services

  ,

  REST/ODATA APIs

  , and

  Azure Integration Services

  .
• Knowledge of

  PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI

  , and

  Dataverse

  is a plus.
• Strong experience in

  SQL Server

  , including writing stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (preferred).

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  DevOps

  , version control (Git, Azure DevOps), and

  CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to

  Dynamics 365 Portals

  Customer Insights

• Prior experience in

Education:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
