Work location : Bengaluru / Mumbai / Pune / Noida / Gurugram Mode : Hybrid Role Summary As a UX Designer, you will lead the design strategy for complex digital products, driving the user experience vision and ensuring the design is aligned with both user needs and business objectives. You conduct in-depth user research, create high-level design concepts, and oversee the entire design process, from ideation to execution. You will also collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to solve complex usability challenges, refine interaction flows, and ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms. They also advocate for best practices in design and usability, iterating and refining designs based on user feedback and testing. For this role specifically, we are seeking: 7+ years of UX design experience with a strong track record of delivering full solutions. Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. A compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in both MOBILE UX and UI design . Deep mastery of UX/UI principles, best practices, and industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma , Abstract ). Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions. Experience working in Agile environments, using collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence . Skilled in designing across multiple devices and platforms, ensuring high-quality, user-centric solutions. Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Ability to balance business goals with user needs, driving meaningful product value. Proven success in cross-functional collaboration within dynamic, fast-paced environments. Data-informed decision-making, blending analytical insights with design intuition. Experience designing for iterative, experimental, and evolving features. Open-minded, egoless learner, receptive to constructive feedback and continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively. Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity. Self-sufficient while excelling in team collaboration, ensuring seamless execution in fast-moving projects.
