Position: Manager MIS & Analytics Location: Unit No: 806-807-808, A Wing, Mittal Towers, MG Road, Bengaluru - 560001, Karnataka Department: Sales & Marketing | Reports to: COO Education: Graduate/PG in Commerce/Maths Experience: 12+ years (Alcobev, FMCG, BFSI, or Retail preferred) Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and analyzing sales, market share, revenue, and margin data across brands and geographies. Supports budgeting, forecasting, and review processes with accurate, timely reports. Must understand excise laws, taxes, and pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop daily/weekly/monthly sales dashboards Report budget vs actual, trends, and insights Automate data processes and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with supply chain and cross-functional teams Analyze market trends and drive strategic decisions Train and mentor MIS teams at state/regional levels Create decks for business reviews and management Skills Required: Strong analytics and MS Office skills Knowledge of excise, distribution, pricing Proficiency in tools like SPSS or similar Excellent communication and leadership skills Core Values: Customer Centricity | Quality | Teamwork | Innovation | Interpersonal Relationships
