Senior MES Consultant

Role Overview: You will be joining PSI Software Process Industries & Metals as an MES Consultant, dedicated to revolutionizing the manufacturing industry with cutting-edge PSImetals solutions. Your role will involve providing innovative design, meticulous implementation support, and strategic process optimization to drive operational excellence and ensure customer success in the metal industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead teams and drive large-scale manufacturing IT projects - Implement MES processes related to Productivity, Downtime, Quality, and Warehouse - Work with manufacturing models including Discrete & Continuous - Utilize MES platforms such as Apriso, Siemens Opcenter, and PSImetals - Manage MES-ERP/L2 integration projects - Apply Agile/Kanban methodologies and IT resource management best practices - Travel up to 50% monthly to customer sites - Preferred: Knowledge or experience with Planning and Scheduling (APS Systems) and metals industry expertise Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years in metals, with a technical or business degree - Demonstrated leadership skills in leading teams and driving manufacturing IT projects - Proficiency in MES processes and manufacturing models - Experience with MES platforms and integration - Strong project management skills with Agile/Kanban knowledge - Willingness to travel to customer sites - Additional knowledge or experience in Planning and Scheduling (APS Systems) and metals industry is a plus Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
