The role supports the integration, transformation, and delivery of data using tools within the Microsoft Fabric platform. You will collaborate with the data engineering team to provide Data and Insights solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data to enable analytics capabilities within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Fabric tools. You will work closely with senior engineers and analysts to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and support data integration from various sources. Additionally, you will play a role in developing and maintaining Data Warehouse schemas, contributing to documentation, and participating in testing efforts to uphold data reliability. It is crucial to learn and adhere to data standards and governance practices as directed by the team. Essential skills and experience for this role include a solid understanding of data engineering concepts and data structures, familiarity with Microsoft data tools like Azure Data Factory, OneLake, or Synapse, and knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines. The ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Kanban team environment is essential. Possessing a Microsoft certified Fabric DP-600 or DP-700 certification, along with any other relevant Azure Data certification, is advantageous. Desirable skills and experience include familiarity with Medallion Architecture principles, exposure to MS Purview or other data governance tools, understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts, and an interest or background in retail data domains.,
