Senior MERN Stack Developer

You should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Node.js and React.js. Your expertise should include Web App development using React + Redux and familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Material. You must possess a deep understanding of HTML DOM objects, CSS, and JavaScript events, as well as experience with various build tools such as NPM or Webpack. Proficiency in consuming, designing, and integrating APIs (RESTful and SOAP) using redux/thunk is essential. Additionally, you should be able to design databases for scalable and secure systems using NoSQL (MongoDB) or RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL). A solid grasp of Git, repository management, and related workflows is required, along with excellent communication and customer interfacing skills. Problem-solving, task prioritization, and multitasking abilities are essential, as is experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. As a Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements and functional specifications, writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code, and solving complex technical issues. You will be accountable for delivering quality projects within defined timelines, actively engaging in client communication to grasp functional requirements, and upholding high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables. The desired tech stack for this role includes HTML, CSS, Javascript, React Js, Node Js (Express Js), and Mongo DB, along with proficiency in Git, Jenkins, and tools like Jira/Confluence and MS Teams.
