Senior MEP Design Engineer

As a Senior MEP Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the conceptual and detailed design of electrical systems in real estate projects. Your role will involve ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems while maintaining efficiency, functionality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive electrical designs for real estate projects, ensuring integration with mechanical and plumbing systems while adhering to local codes and standards. - Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and engineers to effectively implement electrical designs and address on-site challenges. - Focus on optimizing performance and energy efficiency by ensuring seamless integration of all MEP systems. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure designs comply with industry regulations and safety standards. - Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase, and maintain detailed documentation of designs and modifications. Key Requirements: - Possess 2-6 years of experience as an MEP Design Engineer in the real estate industry. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or a similar relevant qualification. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with sustainable electrical design practices. - Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations.
