Job Role : Senior MEP Design Engineer Experience : 2 - 6Years Location : Bhopal Job summary The Senior MEP Design Engineer will play a critical role in the conceptual and detailed design of electrical systems for real estate projects. The candidate will ensure the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Electrical Design and Planning : Develop comprehensive electrical designs for real estate projects, ensuring the integration with mechanical and plumbing systems while adhering to local codes and standards. Project Coordination : Collaborate with construction teams, architects, and other engineers to implement electrical designs effectively and solve any on-site challenges. System Integration and Optimization : Ensure seamless integration of all MEP systems, focusing on optimizing performance and energy efficiency. Compliance and Safety Standards : Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations and safety standards, conducting regular reviews and audits. Technical Support and Documentation : Provide technical guidance and support during the construction phase, and maintain detailed documentation of designs and modifications. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Civil 3D, MS-Office, SolidWorks Key Requirements Experience : 2-6 years of experience as an MEP Design Engineer, specifically in the real estate industry. Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or a similar relevant qualification. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
