Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Member of Technical Staff (IC3) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, debugging, and enhancement of software applications. You will provide technical leadership to peers, drive architectural improvements, and ensure our solutions remain scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Define, design, and develop software solutions for complex technical problems.
Debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Specify, design, and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Ensure compliance with engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
