Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Medical Writer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, responsible for creating high-quality medical content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop comprehensive clinical study reports (CSR) and investigator's brochures (IB) that meet regulatory requirements.
Draft protocols for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality medical content.
Conduct thorough reviews of medical documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Mentor junior writers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical writing, preferably in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with protocol drafting and CSR/IB preparation is essential.
