Job Title: Mechanical Engineer – Production & Maintenance

About Us

SolidTeam Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in automated and mechanized car parking systems. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer at our Rasayani factory who can oversee production, handle maintenance, supervise shop-floor activities, and work with technical drawings, with strong knowledge of auto parts and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production operations in the factory.
• Prepare and interpret AutoCAD drawings for production and installation.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Apply knowledge of auto parts and mechanical assemblies in production and repair.
• Guide and Supervise workers and technicians.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records for production and maintenance.
• Coordinate with design and service teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in production/maintenance (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Good knowledge of auto parts, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to work in a factory setup and supervise teams.
