Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Design & Development: Create, analyze, and modify mechanical designs, components, and systems using CAD software, ensuring performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Project Leadership: Manage projects, set timelines, coordinate resources, and oversee budgets from initial concept to final delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex mechanical issues, providing technical guidance and quality control for repairs and new builds.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide and train junior engineers, technicians, and other staff, fostering team development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering disciplines (electrical, software) and external vendors/clients to integrate systems and meet project goals.
• Maintenance & Reliability: Oversee maintenance strategies, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure optimal operational performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
