Design & Development : Create, analyze, and modify mechanical designs, components, and systems using CAD software, ensuring performance, efficiency, and safety. Project Leadership : Manage projects, set timelines, coordinate resources, and oversee budgets from initial concept to final delivery. Technical Expertise : Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex mechanical issues, providing technical guidance and quality control for repairs and new builds. Mentorship & Team Leadership : Guide and train junior engineers, technicians, and other staff, fostering team development. Collaboration : Work closely with other engineering disciplines (electrical, software) and external vendors/clients to integrate systems and meet project goals. Maintenance & Reliability : Oversee maintenance strategies, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure optimal operational performance.
