Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in hydraulic systems and cylinder design. The candidate will lead design projects, provide technical expertise, and ensure high-quality engineering solutions for our products and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of hydraulic systems and cylinders.

Create detailed 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using CAD software.

Conduct design calculations, material selection, and strength analysis for hydraulic components.

Review and validate designs for manufacturability, reliability, and safety.

Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers.

Prepare design documentation, BOMs, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry practices and innovations in hydraulics.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering, with proven expertise in hydraulic systems and cylinders.

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Inventor or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of hydraulic principles, standards, and fabrication methods.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to handle projects independently.
