Role Overview: As a part of the IT team in a large multi-national company, your role will involve partnering closely with business and IT leaders to deliver Eaton's Next Generation Master Data Management (MDM) design architecture. You will play a significant role in AI/ML-driven transformations by identifying opportunities to embed Gen AI automation into core MDM processes. Your responsibilities will include assessing vendors, coaching business and IT teams on best practices in deploying MDM technologies, facilitating business capabilities assessment, leading design activities for integration technologies, and contributing to data platform migration activities for MDM domains. Key Responsibilities: - Champion an AI-first approach in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions for Master Data Management (MDM). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across data governance, data quality, and data stewardship processes. - Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends to continuously enhance MDM capabilities. - Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise data standards and regulatory requirements. - Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging the use of machine learning and natural language processing to solve complex data challenges. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams adopting AI in MDM. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to create solutions for complex internal business operations. - Drive quality assurance of all architecture decisions and provide technical mitigation support. Qualifications: - Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 10 years of Implementation experience in MDM, preferably Reltio or Stibo, and delivering solutions on Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Modeling, Master Data Frameworks, and metadata.
