Job Description

The position of MACS Marketing Automation Lead will be located within MACS INDIA (Marketing & Creative Services), which is the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization. MACS provides services ranging from Marketing to campaign management, social analytics, content creation, and creative design for all of the Capgemini Group. As a MACS Marketing Automation Lead, your main responsibilities will include setting the direction, driving the business forward in collaboration with MACS business leads, embodying our values and behaviors, and mentoring junior team members. You will be an integral part of a growing team of approximately 30 Marketing Automation and marketing communication professionals. Your role will involve collaborating with Global Onsite Stakeholders to develop campaign strategies for executing Go To Market campaigns. You will be expected to provide insights on strategic and tactical decisions related to campaign planning, customer segmentation, and revenue goals alignment with country-specific GTM plans and Group Priorities. Managing the development and execution of campaigns for account-based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing, and demand creation programs using platforms like Salesforce.com and Pardot will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As a Subject Market Expert, you will proactively advise Stakeholders on enhancing their marketing processes by leveraging marketing automation and CRM systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing analytics on campaigns to demonstrate success, including segmentation and targeting based on project requirements. Collaborating with Onshore Marketing Managers to define metrics, track, analyze, and report on overall campaign performance will also be part of your role. In this position, you will define and implement new marketing automation methodologies to optimize efficiency and work closely with other Digital Channel Management teams to plan integrated customer journey programs. You will collaborate with creative teams to design responsive emails, templates, and websites, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and CRM/Demand Generation Operations to drive the Lead Management Process. Moreover, you will develop and maintain a long-term data strategy in alignment with stakeholders, ensuring database integrity and synchronization of marketing systems. The ideal candidate for this role should have 9-12 years of experience in developing and implementing Campaign Management & Marketing automation strategies. Advanced knowledge of campaign management utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms is essential, along with hands-on experience in tools like Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, and Salesforce CRM. Certifications in Marketing Automation and CRM systems would be advantageous. Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are required to analyze complex requirements effectively. Knowledge of multi-channel Campaign Management, current Martech tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary for this role. A solid understanding and enthusiasm for consulting, digital, innovation, and technology domains are also desired traits.,
