Senior Marketing & Outreach Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Marketing & Outreach Manager with a strong background in physical/offline marketing in the education/coaching industry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience with leading coaching institutes and a proven track record in school tie-ups, society marketing, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales & marketing strategies to boost student admissions.
• Managing offline campaigns, ATL/BTL marketing activities - seminars in schools, open seminars in residential complexes and communities including B2B activities like school tie-ups and liaising with local tuition centres.
• Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents & close admissions, ensure enriched customer experience.
• Drive overall offline marketing strategy across Bangalore.
• Build and manage school tie-ups, PU college partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
• Lead ground activations - seminars, events, stalls, branding, local promotions.
• Coordinate with admissions team to support lead generation & conversions.
• Manage vendors, field staff, logistics, and on-ground branding activities.
• Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI).

Skills Required

• Ability to handle customers in an empathic & patient manner.
• Must have strong sales persuasion skills.
• Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication and familiar using CRM software.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Regional Language.
• Comfortable for traveling and interacting with Business Owners at all levels.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in offline/field marketing in the coaching/education sector.
• Strong network with schools, societies, community groups.
• Engineering/MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes (preferred)
• Experience in working with major coaching brands (preferred).
