Job Title: Senior Marketing Officer Location: Madurai, Tamil Nādu Interview Venue: 3rd Floor - Opposite Waqf Board College, Madurai Compensation: Up to ₹22,000 CTC per month Performance-based incentives Gender Preference: Both Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer to support and execute offline marketing initiatives in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to engage with local markets to drive brand visibility and lead generation. Key Responsibilities:Execute field marketing activities to promote products/services in the assigned territory. Engage with local businesses, communities, and potential customers to generate leads. Distribute promotional materials and ensure proper placement in high-visibility areas. Coordinate and implement offline campaigns (flyers, local events, street-level outreach). Maintain daily reports of activities, leads generated, and feedback from the field. Support brand visibility through grassroots engagement and customer interaction. Assist in organizing local marketing events or customer engagement drives. Collaborate with internal teams to align field execution with broader marketing strategies. Follow up on leads and ensure handover to the relevant sales team. Uphold brand standards during all on-ground interactions. Candidate Profile:Minimum 10th Pass. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel within the assigned area. Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented. Prior experience in offline marketing or field sales is a plus. Ability to maintain reports and work with minimal supervision. Basic smartphone literacy for reporting purposes.
