Job Description

Role & responsibilities :-

  • Plan & execute 360 marketing campaigns for residential/commercial projects.
  • Drive digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email campaigns).
  • Oversee branding, media planning, PR, and creative development.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Manage budgets, agencies, and vendors for cost-effective campaigns.
  • Support sales teams through lead generation, events, and project launches.
  • Mentor and guide the marketing team for performance-driven result

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • 712 years’ experience in marketing, with 4–5 years in real estate.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and sales enablement.
