Senior Marketing Lead

As a Senior Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the perception of the brand and driving strategic brand positioning across product lines. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing holistic marketing strategies for the product portfolio including Studio, PUG, and upcoming launches. - Driving brand positioning, communication, and storytelling through various channels such as digital, retail, and experiential platforms. - Conceptualizing and implementing brand collaborations, partnerships, and content-led campaigns both online and offline. - Developing and executing integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned media. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment at every touchpoint. - Managing agency/vendor relationships across creative, media, PR, and digital. - Building and owning the marketing calendar for new product launches, activations, and strategic brand moments. - Utilizing consumer insights, category trends, and competitor intelligence to inform messaging and positioning. - Tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications required for this role: - 6-10 years of experience in brand and marketing leadership roles. - Proven success in building and scaling premium consumer brands, particularly in electronics, white goods, or automotive sectors. - Strong understanding of positioning and brand storytelling in a high-AOV, high-involvement purchase category. - Experience in leading 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms. - Ability to independently own end-to-end marketing initiatives from idea to execution and optimization. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
