You will be working at Hindustan Feeds, a prominent agro-based company with manufacturing units in various locations including Shrirampur, Maharashtra. As a part of our team at the Shrirampur plant, you will play a key role in enhancing our market presence and driving growth in the cattle feed industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the company's reputation and attract qualified traffic. - Execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion. - Create and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring effective allocation of funds. - Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, derive insights, and evaluate against set objectives. - Retain existing customers while devising strategies to acquire new ones. - Conduct market surveys to gather valuable insights. - Possess skills for credit management. - Engage with customers, retailers, and partners to promote the company's brand and establish strong relationships. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/MBA with 10 to 12 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
