A Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting a company's products or services by developing marketing plans, conducting market research, and managing advertising campaigns. You will work towards building brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately increasing sales. Your key responsibilities will include managing digital marketing channels, creating engaging content, and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness. You will need to develop and execute marketing plans by identifying target audiences, setting campaign goals, and determining the best channels to reach them. Conducting market research is crucial to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform your marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing channels such as social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns. Creating engaging content will be a significant part of your role, involving writing compelling copy, designing visuals, and producing multimedia content to support marketing efforts. It will also be essential to analyze data and measure campaign performance using web analytics tools to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Managing marketing budgets effectively and tracking spending to ensure campaigns stay on track will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, present marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams. It is essential to stay up-to-date with industry trends, continuously learning about new technologies, marketing strategies, and best practices. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of working from home. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, with additional benefits such as performance bonus and yearly bonus.
