Role Title: Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Sr. Marketing Manager/VP Marketing

Purpose

• To execute marketing strategies to achieve the ARPLs strategic vision and business plan.
• Handling end to end responsibilities of a projects marketing function, the brands growth story
  under leadership of Marketing HOD and directors of the company Responsibilities Strategic and Operational.

• To develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the companys target audiences,
strategic context, and commercial activities to ensure that business goals and objectives are achieved.

• Responsible for all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, as well as evaluation of
competitor, client, and market research to develop and implement tactical marketing plans to raise the ARPLs brand value in areas of practice that it has targeted growth.

• Delivering an integrated marketing plan to cover all aspects of brand management, online
marketing, public relations etc. in support of the overall marketing strategy.

• Responsible for developing customer insights and utilizing the same to provide creative input
to the agency ecosystem to develop targeted marketing campaigns and collateral.

• Responsibilities will include leading/contributing towards planning and executing for
marketing mediums such as events, exhibitions, activations, and mass media channels (TV, Radio, OTT).

• Monitoring and managing marketing budgets for allocated projects.

• Weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS reporting of marketing metrics to enable management
decisions.

• Keen eye & capability for content creation, writing by self & providing relevant agencies with
the right parameters.

Education and Skills:

• Multi-tasking, relationship building, capable of adjusting to flexible working conditions.

• Leadership and team management skill

• Excellent verbal & writing skills

• Graduate and MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.

• Language skills: English, Hindi, Marathi

• Proficiency / understanding of Designs / Layouts / Content Placement

• Understanding of media planning and negotiation skills

Experience:

• Candidates with internship experience in the marketing domain, or those with up to 4 years of
hands-on experience, are encouraged to apply.

• Experience of working with Media/ Advertising, Creative, Digital agencies preferred.
