Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across sales, medical affairs, and market research departments. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. Manage key accounts (KAs) by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products. Analyze market data to track performance metrics such as sales growth, customer satisfaction ratings, etc. Develop marketing strategies for assigned products, including product launch planning, budget allocation, and campaign execution. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing; MBA/PGDM preferred. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels; ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong understanding of medico marketing principles and practices; knowledge of medical communications an asset.
