Drive alignment and process improvements across teams. Plan assembly processes with focus on Torque Audit and Capp+. Support project management and problem-solving initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s in mechanical/production/industrial/Automobile Engineering. 8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing/assembly. Strong knowledge of engine/genset systems. Experience in Torque Audit.
