As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant in the high-tech industry, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and innovation. Qualifications: - Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on the high-tech industry. - Proven success in leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements. - Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead teams effectively. - Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred. - Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP are advantageous. - Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).,
