Job Description

As a Sr. Manager / Manager in the Investor Relations team at Poly Medicure Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's M&A initiatives, strategic planning efforts, and investor engagement activities. Reporting to the HOD and based in Okhla Phase -3, Delhi, you will be responsible for identifying acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, developing growth-aligned strategies, and fostering investor relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships that align with the company's growth strategy. You will prepare and present financial and strategic updates to investors, ensuring clear communication of the company's vision and performance. Responding to investor inquiries and managing communications to foster investor confidence and engagement will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will enhance coverage of the stock with renowned research houses and develop comprehensive M&A strategies that enhance Poly Medicure's market presence and product offerings. Furthermore, you will evaluate joint venture partnership opportunities in Global markets for enhancing company product and distribution strategy. Undertaking financial analysis of in-bound licensing opportunities for global businesses looking to enter into Indian markets will also be part of your responsibilities. You will lead the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, assessing financial, operational, and strategic fit. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant data, conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses to support M&A decisions, and preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors will be essential aspects of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have a CA educational background with a minimum of 3 years of experience post-qualification in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, investor relations, or investment banking. Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically will be crucial for this position. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively. Your relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners will also be key to your success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis and stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact M&A opportunities. Coordinating Non-Deal roadshows, including a calendar of investor relation activities, will also be part of your responsibilities.
