Position: Senior Manager/ AGM - Sales at Omaxe Ltd. Company: Omaxe Ltd Location: New Chandigarh Qualification: Graduate/MBA Experience: 5 to 15 Years Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners. Manage relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and product launches. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. Provide coaching and training to junior team members on sales techniques and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales, preferably in real estate industry. Strong understanding of channel sales principles and ability to develop effective partnerships.
