Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive timely and quality execution of MEP installations from inception to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Oversee on-site coordination, monitor progress against milestones, and manage change orders and escalations.
Conduct clash detection and ensure integrated systems to resolve spatial conflicts.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, safety codes, and quality benchmarks in all MEP activities.
Lead progress reporting and review meetings, resolve disputes, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align MEP execution with overall project timelines.
Prepare and update detailed MEP schedules in line with project progress.
Manage financial aspects of MEP works, ensuring delivery within allocated budgets.
Monitor cost variances, approve expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures through value engineering and optimized MEP design.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 15 - 20 years in MEP execution, with at least 2 years in a Senior Manager/AGM role within the current project.
Proven expertise in luxury/high-end projects with strong knowledge of MEP systems.
Career stability with exposure to renowned organizations in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive execution excellence while maintaining budgetary and quality controls.
