Role Assistant Manager MEP Services

Exp 7-10 years

Role Objective:

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall Responsibility of

   MEP

   Design Coordination and

   Execution of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Power Backup and LV/ELV Systems.

2. Hands on experience in

   Project Design Coordination & Execution

   for

   MEP

   :

   Electro Mechanical -Power Distribution, Installation- Commissioning of Electrical Equipments, Transformers, LT-HT Panels, Estimation-Bidding, Base & Detailed Designs, Engineering in Group Housing Projects.

3. Should have

   good communication skills to interact with all stakeholders and top management.

4. Should be able to

   take decisions, lead and guide the project team of professionals to deliver the following.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Review

   SLD and Drawings, Specification, Equipment Installation Details and Calculations.

2. Review calculations for a project

   ,

   such as

   Head and Load Calculations, Panel Schedules, Short Circuit and Arc-flash, Equipment & Product Selection & sizing, Conduit & Conductor sizing, and design layouts using various software platforms

3. Reviewing and

   approval of shop drawings and submittals.

4. Preparation

   of Power/ Control Cable schedule

5. Knowledge of HT- LT panels and distributions

6. Preparation of

   Sub- Station Layouts, Erection key diagram, Lighting Layout-Calculations, Earthing Layouts- Calculation, Cable Trench Layout, DSLP Layouts

7. Execution of

   HT/LT Power distribution, Transformers, DG Sets/Power Back systems

8. Execution of

   Electrical- HT/LT panels, Transformers, Lifts/ Elevators, Plucking and Fire Fighting equipment’s - line

9. Managing

   Timely Completion of Works within Budgeted cost.

10. Contract Administration

    of

    all terms and conditions

11. Timely

    Award of various Packages of MEP Works to sub-Contractors & Vendors.

12. Certification & Payments of various Contractors & Suppliers bills.

13. Providing timely

    decisions/drawings to contractors & removing bottlenecks

14. Project Coordination with Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Senior Management for smooth progress of works at site.

15. Progress monitoring by various project management tools like

    DPR, WPR and MPR Reports by giving the feedback to the Planning & Seniors.
