Job Description

Do you have a knack for building partnerships that drive business growth?

We’re looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager, Vendor Partnerships to expand and strengthen our channel ecosystem with equipment dealers, OEMs, and aggregators.

Location: Gurgaon (HQ)

Experience: 2+ years in B2B partnerships (financial services, fintech, or equipment vendors preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard & grow vendor/channel partnerships
  • Negotiate terms and drive co-branded finance programs
  • Manage ongoing relationships, joint marketing & operations
  • Build & track a strong channel-driven sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Strong partnership origination & negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage relationships with commercial acumen
  • Strategic mindset with accountability & willingness to travel
  • Bonus if you bring an existing vendor network or experience in program management
