As a Sales / Business Development Manager at KRYFS, a Zetwerk Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of Inverter Duty Transformers (IDTs) and Solar Transformers in the domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities for IDT and Solar Transformers in both domestic and international markets. - Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth. - Building strong relationships with EPCs, solar developers, utilities, OEMs, and private clients. - Conducting market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Preparing and delivering technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Coordinating with Design, Production, and Service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. - Representing KRYFS at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. - Maintaining updated sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data. To qualify for this role, you should have: - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred). - 8-12 years of experience in transformer, power, or renewable energy sales. - Strong understanding of Inverter Duty Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and Solar Power applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - A strong network with EPCs, solar developers, and utilities. - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
