About the Role

PMO services, IPO Advisory, contracts and legal compliance, due diligence and transaction structuring

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
Advise clients on deal structuring, capital raising, PE/VC investments, and IPO readiness.
Assist with execution of processes after deal closure, including capital structuring, funding drawdowns, and compliance.
Assist in integration of acquired businesses (financial systems, reporting, governance, risk management).
Manage client relationships with promoters, investors, and corporates, acting as a trusted advisor.
Oversee delivery teams, ensuring technical rigor, compliance, and timely outputs.
Contribute to business development: opportunity identification, proposals, and pitches.
Guide your team in project execution and professional growth.

Candidate Profile

710 years of experience in transactions advisory orinvestment banking.
Chartered Accountant and/or Lawyer (LLB).
Expertise in deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.
Proven track record in managing high-value deals from origination to closure.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
