Operations Executive (Mutual Fund Operations)

• Process mutual fund transactions (purchases, redemptions, switches) including SIPs, SWPs, STPs within agreed timelines.
• Verify and reconcile transaction data for accuracy and maintain error-free records.
• Assist client onboarding: review KYC & documentation, update systems.
• Serve as point of contact for operational queries from clients, sub-brokers, and relationship managers.
• Generate customized Excel reports / dashboards for selected clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on mutual fund transactions and client portfolios.
• Coordinate with fund houses, RTAs and internal teams (IT/back-office) for process enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support portfolio review and new investment proposal preparation: analyzing client objectives, risk profiles and existing holdings.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-35years of experience in mutual fund operations, investment operations, bank/AMC back-office or distributor operations.
• Good working knowledge of mutual fund transaction life-cycle, reconciliations and client servicing.
• Proficient in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, reporting) and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with back-office systems/CRM.
• Can demonstrate ownership, dependability, and a client-first mindset.
