Requirement Summary

  • 3 - 10 years experience in back-office operations and client handling for Mutual Funds & Insurance requirements
  • Expertise in building client relationships through excellent service delivery and communication
  • Capable of promoting all Financial products and offerings of the Company to Clients
  • Disciplined in maintaining office data and records

Detailed Responsibilities:

Client Service:

  • Client Relationship Management: Actively reach out to clients to build strong relationships by providing personalized service and regular communication. Effectively communicate the value proposition of products to clients, addressing their concerns and questions and guide clients towards making informed decisions and closing deals.
  • Policy Servicing: Assist clients with insurance policy-related queries, renewals, modifications and claims processing.
  • Portfolio Management: Help clients monitor and manage their investments, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  • Client Support: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. Analyse interactions for effective deals closure.
  • Share daily, weekly, monthly status updates to Operations Head.
  • Maintain Data as per office requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance.
  • Conduct: Follow Office rules and protocols, be professional and proactive in approach at all times.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest insurance, mutual funds and other financial products - their features, benefits, and risks.
  • Marketing and Branding: Participate in marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
  • Willing to grow: Be open to taking on new and higher responsibilities for growth of self and the Company.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • A

    mature

    and

    experienced

    professional who is willing to grow along with the Company.
  • Experience in the

    operations of Mutual Funds and Insurance

    is more important than educational qualifications.
  • Ease of communicating and building good relationships with Clients is very important.
  • Candidate should be reliable, sincere and disciplined.
  • Persons living in or near Thane are preferred.
