Pan India Job Responsibilities? : 14-16 Years Work experience in testing processes within the QEA practice, ensuring quality assurance and efficient delivery of projects. Manage and mentor a team of testers, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development Manage test execution, track progress, and report on testing outcomes. Create and own the programme Test Plan, detailing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate and manage testing phases. Oversee day-to-day testing activities across resources, ensuring they adhere to the agreed strategy and plan. Assign and manage tasks for the testing team, ensuring clear responsibilities. Act as the main point of contact for testing-related queries from stakeholders. Track and report on testing metrics, progress, and defect statuses. Manage relationships with external vendors or partners involved in testing. Ensure adherence to quality standards and escalate risks or issues as necessary.
