Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  1. Manage and mentor Team Leaders and their teams of B2B telesales executives.
  2. Create a high-performance culture with a clear focus on targets, discipline and professional growth
  3. Define daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics
  4. Driving Weekly/monthly reviews to ensure achievement

B2B Sales Execution

  1. Drive B2B telesales campaigns focused on lead qualification, product pitch and training
  2. Optimize calling scripts, pitch techniques and objection-handling
  3. Collaborate closely with account managers/TLs for lead closure

Process & Strategy

  1. Implement and refine calling processes (in case required) to increase efficiency and conversion rates
  2. Identify opportunities to scale outbound process through data driven strategies

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  1. Monitor KPIs such as call quality, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline growth and team productivity
  2. Maintain and improve CRM hygiene, call logs and accurate sales tracking
  3. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management

Training & Quality

  1. Ensure ongoing training for TLs and callers on B2B sales techniques and product knowledge
  2. Conduct audits and feedback sessions to improve pitch quality and customer engagement

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years managing large telesales teams
  • Experience handling outbound telesales
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying behavior
  • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools and dialer systems
