As a Technical Product Manager at Ryan, LLC, you will be responsible for owning the development and delivery of the data integration platform, ensuring alignment with multiple ERP systems and core financial business objects. Your expertise in leading ERP applications like Oracle, SAP, Sage, and Infor, along with data warehousing knowledge, will be crucial in this role. You will collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to seamlessly integrate diverse ERPs using a canonical data model, supporting global ERP landscapes and a wide customer base. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the product strategy for integrating ERP applications with the data mesh service, focusing on core financial business objects. - Develop and prioritize a product roadmap aligned with business goals, balancing short-term priorities with long-term growth objectives. - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement. - Translate technical requirements into a cohesive, high-performing product in collaboration with engineering, data, and business teams. - Ensure accurate representation and integration of business objects, including financial statements and sub-ledgers, through canonical data models. - Drive standardization of financial data and reports across multiple ERP systems, ensuring compliance with global reporting standards. - Adapt product strategy based on ERP market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. - Work closely with global teams to ensure product adoption and scalability across international markets and ERP configurations. - Create a positive team member experience and facilitate cross-functional design sessions. **Qualifications Required:** - 5 - 8 years of product management experience with a strong technical foundation and deep knowledge of ERP systems. - Proven experience with ERP applications such as Oracle, SAP, Sage, Infor, with a global implementation perspective. - Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehousing supporting multiple ERP data sources. - Solid understanding of core financial statements, sub-ledger transactions, and accounting standards. - Experience with data mesh and canonical models in data architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teamwork experience. - Experience scaling products across international markets with global, cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. You will work in a standard indoor environment with occasional long periods of sitting at a computer. The position may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 30 lbs and regular interaction with employees, clients, and external vendors. There is a 25% independent travel requirement for this role.,
