Factspan Inc. is looking for Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
