Senior Manager Strategy & Projects

As a Senior Manager - Strategy and Projects at Cipla, your primary role will involve driving strategic initiatives aimed at achieving profitable growth in Europe and Emerging Markets. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy, Projects, Licensing & M&A, as well as the EMEU Leadership team, to support the realization of mid to long term strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional high-impact projects, analyzing industry dynamics, and exploring new opportunities to accelerate growth for Cipla in international markets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop mid to long term strategies for profitable growth in international markets - Analyze new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, and competitive landscape - Create a 3-5 year growth plan for Cipla EMEUs, focusing on the Top 5-10 markets - Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance growth and profitability in international markets - Implement corporate and business unit strategies across different geographies - Conduct external benchmarking and collaborate with industry experts/consultants - Lead critical projects, collaborate with global teams, and track project progress - Identify developmental needs and facilitate capacity building for business/functional teams - Explore new markets, therapy segments, revenue models, and faster go-to-market approaches - Provide governance oversight for various initiatives and track progress in governance forums - Address challenges such as aligning stakeholders, staying updated on regulations, and resolving project bottlenecks - Work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment with a focus on driving outcomes Qualifications Required: - MBA from a Tier 1 school - 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy and consulting for healthcare and pharma companies - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel - Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Join Cipla and play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the organization in international markets.
