Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

**Job Description** As a Strategic Sourcing Manager at RealPage, you will be responsible for developing and executing indirect and direct global sourcing strategies across the organization. Your role will involve driving transformation by leading the global procurement strategy to identify cost-saving opportunities on expenditures for goods and services. You will focus on regional/global spend categories such as Facilities, Marketing, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and other corporate functional areas. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct financial analysis of historical spend and cost performance within indirect and direct categories through data mining and statistical analyses. - Translate data into an annual strategic sourcing strategy. - Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to maximize total cost of ownership, including improved quality, pricing, and service levels. - Promote competitive sourcing processes by executing RFXs across supplier/spend categories. - Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and recommend business awards to optimize cost, reduce risk, and improve supplier performance. - Engage and manage internal support teams across accounting, finance, security, and legal for internal governance process and documentation controls. - Identify major cost drivers and savings opportunities through total cost of ownership analysis. - Align key stakeholders to strategy and execution plans. - Monitor supplier performance through Quarterly Business Reviews and maintenance of performance KPIs. - Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities by collaborating with business unit leaders and finance to explore spend data and sourcing strategy plans. - Work with global business leads and procurement teams to identify and consolidate indirect sourcing opportunities. - Develop, plan, organize, and implement national/regional contracting and procurement strategies and programs to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. - Implement standardized systems and controls for procurement, including RFP documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. - Experience in strategic procurement, negotiating, and managing contracts with major indirect and direct US suppliers.,
