Position : Senior Manager Sports Marketing Department : Marketing & VM Years of Experience : 10+ years Work Mode : 5 Days WFO Location : Mumbai Job Overview: The Senior Manager sports marketing is expected to drive current sports & team associations along with building new ones which are in line with the companys strategy. Job Specification Degree in Sports marketing or marketing field with keen interest and information about the sports industry. Proven work experience in the Marketing, or a similar position. A formal apprentice in a sport organization or a keen interest in playing sports will be an added advantage Strong knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage. Outstanding communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of social media marketing. Ability to meet project deadlines. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Good analysis and reporting skills. Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Job Description Enhancing the brand image through specialized building & promoting the sports categories. Understand the target sports audiences and create grass root programs for each sport. Developing effective sports marketing strategies in terms of marketing, alliances & associations with teams & sports organizing bodies in India. Ideating sports events/IPs for the brand to create relevant sports experiences for the target consumers. Driving all keys sports associations, endorsements & alliances with the external sports teams/agencies ensuring the deliverable, advertising & marketing communication plan are effectively executed. Creating innovative and appealing content with external sports teams based on the annual ports marketing calendar. Understand market applications, sales estimates and set thorough ROI & KPIs plans for all sports associations & marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product propositions, marketing communication for projects & media planning to ensure a unified approach for specialised sports. Managing the tactical promotional activities and communications. Interacting with the audience on both online and offline modes to ensure consumer feedback on campaigns & promotions.
