Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Soft Services at DLF, your role involves being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for DLF's Soft Services. Your responsibilities include maintaining equipment for safety and efficiency, monitoring housekeeping staff attendance, invoice submissions, and salary disbursements, and ensuring the availability of welfare services for all staff. You will oversee service delivery from partners such as pest control, cleaning, and horticulture, while maintaining par stock for contingencies. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the SPOC for DLF's Soft Services - Maintain equipment for safety and efficiency - Monitor HK staff attendance, invoice submissions, and salary disbursements - Ensure availability of welfare services for all staff - Oversee service delivery from partners such as pest control, cleaning, and horticulture - Maintain par stock for contingencies - Ensure a functional Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Soft Services - Adhere to state legal requirements and ensure staff medical tests - Implement BSC procedures and 6S across service lines - Conduct safety observations, safety meetings, and housekeeping audits - Provide guidelines to vendors for housekeeping - Recommend consumables, tools, and equipment for housekeeping - Ensure effective pest control and solid waste management - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all building areas - Ensure safety practices for staff working at heights - Provide training to staff on company standards and policies - Coordinate corporate events, transportation, and F&B arrangements - Manage OWC operations for zero wet waste - Define AMC vendor agreements and SLA clauses Qualification Required: - Any Degree - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for OHS&W (Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare) responsibilities. This includes ensuring safety systems are in place and working, checking and improving safety measures, training staff on safety standards and guidelines, promoting health and safety awareness, fixing any legal or safety issues quickly, implementing safety procedures, running health and safety programs, and developing and following the HSSE plan.
