Role Overview
Senior Delivery Manager
You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and leadership to plan, execute, and optimize programs that deliver clear, measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, from scoping and planning to final delivery and post-engagement review.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for social listening, BI, and research workstreams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery status, issues, and escalations.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to keep projects on time and within scope.
Team Leadership (2030 Members)
- Lead and manage a multi-functional team (social media listening, BI/analytics, secondary research, reporting).
- Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for each sub-team and individual.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill team members, especially around analytics, storytelling, and client-centric thinking.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Social Media Listening & Consulting (Preferred, Not Must Have)
- Oversee delivery of social media listening projects, including set-up of queries, taxonomy, and frameworks for analysis.
- Guide the team in translating social data into insights on brand health, consumer sentiment, campaigns, and competitors.
- Support client-facing discussions and workshops where social listening outputs are used to inform strategy, campaigns, and brand decisions.
BI & Analytics (Qlik Sense or Similar Tools)
- Manage a BI/analytics team working on dashboards and automated reporting (Qlik Sense or similar tools such as Power BI/Tableau).
- Ensure data models, dashboards, and reports are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with client KPIs.
- Review analytical outputs, ensure correct interpretation of data, and support the team in developing strong, insight-led narratives.
Secondary Research & Insights
- Oversee secondary research projects (market, category, competitor, trend analysis, etc.).
- Ensure research frameworks, sources, and methodologies are robust and credible.
- Integrate findings from social listening, BI, and secondary research into cohesive, actionable insight reports.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Advanced Excel
- Guide teams on data cleaning, transformation, and analysis in Excel and other analytical tools.
- Support the creation of advanced Excel models, templates, and automated reports where needed.
- Review and refine client reports and presentations to ensure they are insightful, concise, and visually clear.
Quality Control & Process Excellence
- Design and implement QC workflows across all workstreams to minimize errors and rework.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and review checkpoints to ensure error-free, on-time delivery.
- Standardize processes, documentation, and best practices for recurring projects/tasks.
- Track and improve key operational metrics such as TAT, accuracy, utilization, and client satisfaction.
Client Consulting & Relationship Management
- Work closely with clients to understand their business questions, objectives, and success metrics.
- Translate business problems into analytical approaches and project plans.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders in a structured, consultative manner.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and introduce new solutions based on client needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (typically 610 years) in delivery or project management within analytics, digital, research, or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 20–30 members across multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of social media listening (tools, frameworks, metrics, sentiment analysis, brand monitoring, campaign evaluation).
- Experience working with Qlik Sense or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and managing teams that build and maintain dashboards.
- Solid background in secondary research (desk research, competitive intelligence, market/category insights).
- Strong data analytics and advanced Excel skills, with a track record of building and reviewing analytical models and reports.
- Prior client-facing consulting experience, with the ability to simplify complex data and present clear recommendations.
- Hands-on experience designing and enforcing QC processes, SOPs, and delivery workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and make decisions with limited information.
Nice to Have
- Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic statistics or data science concepts.
- Experience working with global clients across regions and time zones.
DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and facilitating professional growth to meet the client objective related to social media monitoring. • Ensure data accuracy and quality through implementing governance and control processes while deriving the insights from social media listening tools.
• Develop data-driven strategies for campaign optimization, providing recommendations and insights for decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally with departments like Content Creation, Design, Data Analysts, BI developers and Customer Support to align digital strategies with broader company objectives. • Keep abreast of industry trends and tools, evaluating and implementing advanced analytics technologies to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor KPIs related to digital and social media marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns meet predefined performance goals.
MUST HAVE SKILLSETS:

Proficiency in using social media monitoring & analytics tools(e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Brandwatch)to track and analyze key performance indicators

Good understanding to keyword search (query formation) in social media monitoring tools to get the relevant mentions. Ability to write a precise Boolean query that captures relevant conversations while excluding irrelevant noise.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to a team of Digital and Social Media Analysts
- Overall 5+ years of experience, with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in social media monitoring and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience in providing strategic consulting to improve online reputation based on social media insights. • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube) and understanding of their KPIs and features
• Understanding of marketing principles and brand management to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
