Senior Manager, Salesforce Technical Consulting - Healthcare

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce, you will play a significant role in managing, training, and developing the careers of the technical consulting team at the Global Delivery Centre (GDC). Your responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery, providing career coaching, and leading internal initiatives to enhance the Industries practice. You will also collaborate with customers and partners as a senior technical architect to address critical business challenges using Salesforce's Industries Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of up to 35 reports, balancing technical work as a senior technical architect on Industries projects with leadership responsibilities for Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers. - Recruit, train, and mentor Technical Consultants to successfully implement solutions that meet customer needs and align with Solution Architects" designs. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in adopting emerging technologies that drive business value. - Lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base. - Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions and lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for customer engagements. - Conduct functional and technical workshops, design, deliver, test, and deploy solutions, and lead project teams focused on optimizing solutions for Industries clients. - Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions to complex problems, establish trust with customers" leadership, and promote best practices with Salesforce. Qualification Required: - 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors. - 8+ years of people management experience. - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills. - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio. - Proficiency in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, and Apex Design Patterns. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web and mobile technologies. - Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect). - Excellent communication, analytical, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
