Job Description

Role Overview: You are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting to join the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team at Salesforce. In this role, you will manage, train, and develop the technical consulting team while playing a significant part in utilizing Industry Cloud functionality to meet customer requirements efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage up to 35 reports, balancing technical work as a senior technical architect on Industries projects at 25% utilization with leading the team of Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers - Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants to successfully implement solutions that meet customer needs based on program designs - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value - Lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base - Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions - Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagement, shaping the architectural vision and establishing a program architectural roadmap - Conduct functional and technical workshops, design, deliver, test, and deploy solutions - Lead a project team of developers focused on delivering optimized solutions for Industries clients using Salesforce Cloud platforms - Manage customer expectations, negotiate solutions to complex problems, and establish trust with customers" leadership - Highlight and manage risk areas proactively and commit to issue resolution Qualification Required: - 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors - 8+ years of people management experience - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture, Architectural Design Patterns, Apex Design Patterns, Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, modern web, and mobile technologies - Proficiency in English Additional Details: If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good, Salesforce is the right place for you.
