Senior Manager, Salesforce Technical Consulting - Healthcare

You are a Salesforce Professional Services Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) team. Your primary role involves managing, training, and developing the technical consulting team to deliver customer requirements efficiently using Industry Cloud functionality. You will be instrumental in leading internal initiatives, contributing to the technical practice business plan, and recruiting to build a high-performing team. With a focus on people leadership, career coaching, and project oversight, you will also work as a senior technical architect on Industries projects to solve critical business challenges using Salesforce Industries Cloud. You will have up to 35 reports under your responsibility, balancing technical work with team leadership responsibilities. As a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring Technical Consultants to implement high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value. Additionally, you will lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice and contribute to the community's knowledge base. Working closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients, you will design and deliver technology solutions to meet client needs. You will lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements, establish trust with clients" leadership, and promote best practices. Managing customer expectations and negotiating solutions to complex problems are key aspects of your role. Minimum Requirements: - 18+ years of Salesforce technical consulting experience - 8+ years of people management experience - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio - Proficiency in integration architecture, platform security, data architecture, Apex design patterns, and modern web and mobile technologies Preferred Requirements: - Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect) - OmniStudio Developer/Consultant certification - Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Resourceful problem solver with conflict resolution abilities As a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, you will play a vital role in driving successful outcomes for Industries clients while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and business results.,
