Job Summary

Government (tenders)

Key Responsibilities

Government Tenders:
Independently manage the entire tendering process, from opportunity identification (on SECI, state portals) to bid submission and post-tender follow-up.
B2B Key Account Management:
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key national EPC companies, solar project developers, and large industrial clients.
National Sales:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the solar division. This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel across India.
Technical Sales:
Provide technical information and support to clients, helping them understand the value proposition of our modules.
Market Intelligence:
Constantly monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and government policies to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
8-12 years of direct sales experience within the solar module manufacturing industry.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech), preferably in Electrical or Mechanical.
Network:
Must possess a strong, active network of contacts within government bodies (SECI, SNAs) and major EPC companies.
Skills:
Proven expertise in government e-tendering, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and a result-oriented "hunter" mindset.
