Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing (Hydro/Thermal/EPC)

Position: Sr. Manager / AGM - S&M (Renserv)

Qualifications & Experience: BE (Mechanical / Electrical)

• He should be B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) with a minimum of 14 years of experience in Tender management, business development, making and attending pre bid meeting of Tenders for Hydro Power Projects (or equivalent in project based company) in India and in neighbouring countries preferably for Renovation of Hydro projects, making presentations on Flovel's products, technology, quality & timely performance of contracts & in promoting business development activities, expansion of commercial network and close liaison with Govt. Authorities/ Consultants & Customers. He should be computer Savvy, having good communication skills.

Apart from above the candidate should have preferable site experience so that he can visit different sites, discuss with customers site engineers, prepare the list of items / equipment required to be replaced / newly supplied and add value towards developing spares and RenServ business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieving agreed target of OB, Visits to Hydro Plants, Giving Presentations to the customers, to work proactively as catalyst for finalization of requirement favourably.

· Enquiry Generation and its conversion into PO, Tendering, Follow up.

· Understanding Tender and its requirements.

· Bid preparation, compilation & submission in given timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
