Senior Manager - Sales

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to deal closure—ensuring excellent client service.
• Foster strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, HNIs, and institutional clients.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and project teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to drive effective pricing and positioning strategies.
• Generate detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, launches, and key stakeholder meetings.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education- Graduate or Postgraduate. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of Experience in residential real estate sales, especially in premium/luxury segments.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering consistent business growth.
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate markets, consumer behavior, and regulatory aspects.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with high integrity and strong commercial insight.
